Breach of Contract

I'm on the Classic Saver option which stipulates that Discovery would pay up to 200% of Discovery rates to the practitioner treating me in-hospital. An orthopaedic surgeon contracted with Discovery treated me in hospital and charged more than Discovery rates and demanded that I pay the outstanding balance. When Discovery contacted the practitioner, they were told that they were collecting outstanding debt for post op treatment,apparently the doctor did me a favour because my funds were exhausted. That was a lie. I submitted the statement to Discovery,which was the exact amount as the balance which was not paid by Discovery. Instead of protecting me from harassment by the doctor, Discovery said they have no proof that I never consulted with the doctor, therefore I am liable to pay the bill. Discovery is very popular with investigating ********** activities by practitioners, but I guess because the ***ment of my skin has more melanin than the doctor who was treating me, I was the one who was lying. I never thought I would say this, but the treatment I received from Discovery was ******. It makes me wonder if they ever investigate fairer skinned or white doctors for ***** and ******ion!!
