Breach of Contract
Good day<br> <br> Kindly note that I spoke to Danelle in August. And it was confirmed via telephonic conversation that I will be paying R924 due to me being on Retirement. I called today and was advised my installment will be on the highest amount because they did not get documents (my 3 months bank statements). I will not supply my 3 months bank statements as this shows I am receiving money due to me only being on retirements from the 1 September 2015. This is breach of contract, they can pull the recording and correct there problems, or they can get a letter from my employer stating I have retired.
