Bone Graft as result of tumor not deemed severe

I’ve been on the phone with an agent for over 30 mins and she hangs up on me. I was calm and explained the situation. I am scheduled to have a bone graft (hip to jaw) next week and Discovery insists such a procedure can be done in a dental chair. Specialist sent motivation and xrays. In total, doctor and I have spent over 8 hours on the line trying to resolve the issue. I was told to speak to Sandile Mafani (ref: ***) I’m walking around with half a jaw and need this operation urgently.

I don’t understand how this cannot be considered a severe condition considering that the previous op in 2017 - removal of bone in jaw owing to a Timor - was deemed as severe, yet the replacement of the bone as a result of a tumor isn’t.
