Boiling point

<p>Last year my wife had to undergo a operation. From the get go we knew it would be out of medical aid rates which was not a problem however when I put in a claim in they told me an amount of R7557.20 will be paid to me. I waited a month for this abd still no money I then contacted them and they told me they had paid it and we looked through everything they had paid it to someone elses account. They told me its my fault not theirs yet my HR manager is sitting with the original documents with the correct banking details. Up to now I still wait and up till now I still contact them with no success. Can someone tell me my next step please</p>
