Bogus late joiner penalty

As per usual I have not heard back from Discover with regards to this matter. I was contacted but no feedback yet. Exactly the same as my previous attempts to get this matter solved.....

Oh this is not the final feedback trust me. True to Discovery form you state I wasn't on a medical aid for two years, but you don't even state which years these are, absolutely ridiculous. If you are referring to the two years I was employed overseas I would gladly educate you on your own policy with regards to expats returning to South Africa and the waiver of said late joiner penalties. Go back and do your home work on this subject. Seeing you didn't specify the "two" years I have to guess this is what you are referring to???? Another question - why after being back for a couple of years you are now hitting me with a late joiner penality? Why not when I returned after two years and joined Discovery again on my return? Sort your own information out and call me!!!!!!!!!

2. Expatriates returning to South Africa
We do not apply the late-joiner penalty if an applicant, or the dependant of an applicant, meets all the criteria below:

▪ Is an expatriate returning to South Africa within five years of leaving the country
▪ Was a member of Discovery Health Medical Scheme before leaving the country
▪ Left South Africa within three months from the last day of their last Discovery Health Medical Scheme membership
▪ Applies to join the Discovery Health Medical Scheme within three months of coming back to South Africa.
We will need a copy of their passport and proof of overseas travel.
Note: If an applicant, or the dependant of an applicant, had a late-joiner penalty on their Discovery Heath Medical Scheme
membership before going overseas, we will apply the same penalty when they join Discovery Health Medical Scheme again.

All the above was proved with documents submitted to Discovery twice now!!!!

True to form no feedback and communication!!!! When will someone contact me with regards to this issue YOU caused????

Where did Discovery go? It appears once again they disappear when they make mistakes and think the public will just blindly except their very vague feedback!!!!!!!
