Blown away by your call centre staff member.

I just want to commend Nwor from your call centre. <br> <br> I spoke to him earlier to today on the phone about a problem I've been having with a claim - to be honest I wasn't very nice and on the phone. It wasn't his fault but he remained calm and helpful, even offering to phone me back because he saw I was on my cellphone. He then offered to phone the supplier and and phone me back, which he did. <br> <br> He remained calm and collected and went above and beyond the call of duty. Despite my tirade he was still willing to help resolve the issue. I just wanted to say thank you. <br> <br> Well done Nwor, you are an asset to Discovery Health.
