Blocked over R70

<p>I received an SMS from you on Monday saying you suspended my medical aid cause there was a short payment of R70 ,we then made the payment.</p> <p> </p> <p>I spoke to Nicole who then said that actually saw that there were incorrect payments since January but nobody at discovery notified me .I then asked why my plan wasn't suspended then already but she couldn't answer me .</p> <p> </p> <p>i then asked for a full statement so we could sort this out however I never got one .I emailed as well no response,</p> <p> </p> <p>I am a chronic patient who can not afford for my medical aid to be suspended.I currently have a medical emergency which I can not get help with as my plan is still suspended .I pay almost R3000 per month and this is the service I get which is pathetic.</p> <p>The fact that one gets suspended over R70 just really boggles my mind.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
