BLACKLISTED WITHOUT WARNING
I had to cancel my Discovery Health which I have had since 2007 as I was unemployed for a while. I had sent Discovery a letter advising that I need the medical aid to be cancelled as a result of this.
They did forward me an email advising that there was a clawback, which I acknowledged receipt of and requested payment options. I did not receive any correspondence thereafter and a week ago I received an email advising that I was listed for not paying and yet nobody contacted me to arrange payment!!!
This has impacted my credit record and if this is not sorted out, I will be taking legal action.
