BLACKLISTED FOR R2500 without having knowledge of it
A few months ago i cancelled my health insurance with Discovery as I changed companies and i know get such directly from my new firm.
However a discovery agent called me and said i owe money - i asked that they send me the details via email - they ended up not doing so. ALso this happened a second time with a agent calling me and me asking that they email me the details as this did not sound right over the phone... i just returned from a business trip to find that i have been blacklisted for R2500... this is unacceptable!!!
Please help.
