Black listed client without notifying or phoning
Discovery black listed me and I was informed by ITC BA of this via a sms on 09 Feb 2016 to inform me I am black listed after I paid in Dec 2015 R4129. Discovery had all my contact details no phone call,letter or email before adverse information was submitted to ITC and failure to inform me as required by law. Requested letters that were sent to me from Karen Miller and no evidence of letters provided to date. Really unhappy with the measures taken by Discovery and simply giving me a letter as full and final settlement does not cut it.
