Bizarre deduction

Apologies to Hellopeter for constanlty logging complaints here but it is the only way to get an answer out of Discovery. It took me nearly a month to get a refund for a claim where I paid the supplier and Discovery also did.<br> I have now received a partial refund as they deducted R81,60 for money I supposedly owe to the scheme. <br> They can't tell me why,<br> I am bitterly disappointed as last year I sang their praises to everybody after their fantastic service on very big claim paid out. I regret this.
