Bills not being paid

Ive been with discovery for 7 years and during this time I only used the medical aid once for major procedure. I was due to give birth normal but due to unforeseen circumstances I delivered by emergency csection this was after I was overdue and in labour for 18 hours. After being hospitalised for 4 days I thought all in hospital procedures were covered as I was on the classic saver plan. It's very disappointing to pay so much every month and than having to sit with unpaid medical bills from discovery. Seriously looking for another medical aid. Thought I had one of the best plans.
