billings errors

in february I called disovery and notified them that I was no longer employed to be exact it was the week of the 11th Feb 2021.The confirmed they cannot change my plan as my current employer is still paying towards the medical aid . I phoned Discovery a total of 8 times between that date till 01st March 2021 They confirmed all was in order and moved me to Keycare plus ,Please remember I am unemployed ,then the confirm i need to pay MSA that I used which I confirmed I will pay back in instalments again they do this to someone thats unemployed ,just about money Discovery Now I get call to say or no you owe money for Feb and when I called discovery it is confirmed that my family is not covered on medical aid ,However the premium already ran ,Now I get another bill for a clawback of R3466.18 again not forgetting I am unemployed not collecting any unemployment as the systems are so backlogged however Discovery wants this money for what ?Im not sure and I called in and waiting for 19mins and no one assists , Please tell me why 1 person can sum up this and confirm what is going on , Alternatively cancel my medical aid i dont have money for uneccessary fees you want to now charge me , I have had enough of poor service delivery and total confusion at this company
