Billing system faux pas

I want to thank you for paying a few bills these past few months, although it was about time you pay something< I want to express my sincere gratitude.

However, last week I phoned in to find out what my instalment will be since adding Kairi on 13 April 2018. The lady confirmed it will be R3540. To my surprise you then deducted R4720,00 last night. An extra R1000 that I did not budget for!!!!!!!!!!!!
