Billing monthly contribution after resignation

Resigned and received confirmation of resignation in November 2015 to resign at the end of December 2015 and Bankmed Contribution deducted for January 2016.<br> Unacceptable, debit interest to be charged to my current account should be refunded together with the monthly contribution.
