Billing Dispute

I cancelled my medical aid last year in October with Discovery.In October 25, my savings account had R2064,96 and I went to see my GP on the 27/10/2017 and the cost was R522.00 for the consultation and R241.45 for medication and my balance came to R13.51 which is impossible. I just spoke to one of the Discovery call centre agent but he cannot be able to explain the statement. He has emailed me the statement and when i go through the statement it shows that on the 17/10/2017 there were debits and credits on my account.Please look into this matter and resolve it urgently.Membership# ********** 60. That is one of the reasons i cancelled my medical aid. Savings just dissapears and I still had to pay my doctors money while i still pay medical aid every month.Please pay back my money.
