Billed for a non- Active Medical Aid

I had a refund due for incorrect date of entry. Refund was due to be processed in March. On the day I was expecting my refund I was told my medical aid cancellation was back dated to January 2021 yet I was still charged in February 2021 for a medical aid. I have logged this complaint but I am getting no Joy from it. I will not wait another 3 months to get my refund from you. I want to be contacted and advised when this week will my refund be out through because I will not wait for the 25th. From February 2021 till this day no one could see I was incorrectly billed for a non active membership?
