Bill paid to incorrect optometrist

In September I went to have my eyes tested at a optometrist in Somerset mall. Now I am being told by the optometrist that Discovery refuses to pay out even after I checked when I could go get an eye test. They are refusing to pay and now the optometrist has threaten to blacklist me... At other medical aids this is not the case. Soo tired of all your traps!!!
