Big cover up on deferred increase in 2026 will cause members millions with SARS IN 2026. Check your limits and benefits for 2025. THIS IS WHY THE APP IS NOT WORKING.
Huge cover up by Discovery, the reason for deferred increases for 3026. On 25 Dec 2025, they reversed all claims processed for the year due to system errors Now DEMANDING members pay ip or lose membership or blacklisting with collection agencies.
This is why the app is not working. They blocked all limits and benefits hoping to cover not paying claims. SPG OF R4.5K SNOW BALLED INTO R15K.
GOOD START TO 2026. This will cause members millions in SARS MEDICAL DEDUCTIONS IN 2026. THE TAX CERTIFICATES ARE WRONG.
THE LAME APOLOGY IS NOT ACCEPTED. FIX AND WRITE OFF THE TENS OF THOUSANDS YOU ARE NOW DEMANDING from members.

Why I am paying R9k a month for you to ignore me. I couldn't get my meds for Dec 2026 because you removed all the limits for my tresshold.
Suddenly there's more than R7k left because I can't get to Dischem now.
