Beyond the call of duty

<p>I would like to thank Ayanda Mungoni, MCP:Clinical Client Relationship Manager at Clinical Advisory Services Discovery Care Operations for her extreme attempts at helping me with my Discovery authorisation. I met Ayanda not too long ago on the Gautrain bus and we chatted about work and life. I then told her about a difficult time that I had to get authorisation at Discovery for my migraines. She then promised to help me and find out what happened. Two weeks later, I had to be admitted for the same reason and I had issues with the authorisation after I was discharged. All I had to do was watsapp Ayanda, and everything was sorted out. I am so happy that I had met her and if I had not, then I would still be dealing with endless trouble with my medical aid. I would like to congratulate her for going the extra mile and assisting me.</p>
