Beyond Shocking Service from Discovery Health - Contemplating cancelling everything I have with them currently.

i've been trying to add my wife as a dependant on my Discovery Health plan since the 12th of October. She was told to cancel her medical aid with them in order to be added onto my profile. I tried to add her as a dependant and the application was awaiting authorisation. i'm still waiting! My wife has now not had medical aid for over a month. I tried today, being the 3rd time I've tried to complete the application, but it says that the application with the same ID No. is still pending. This is beyond ridiculous. I've tried calling multiple times, but it seems impossible to get hold of an actual human being, especially when you are presented with options in the menu that don't relate to your query!!! I currently have my car insurance (which the service is absolutely atrocious), medical aid and vitality, as well as Investments and life insurance with Discovery, but now I'm wondering why, and seriously considering cancelling everything that I can with this company.
