Beyond disgusted. Is this how a sjogrens syndrome sufferer gets treated who has been a member for 21 years

I am ill get with Sjogrens syndrome stage 3 and am awaiting a refund regarding a claw back which was incorrectly calculated due to my starting date being amended from 1 April 2004 to February 2021 when I went off on temporary disability and somehow my medical aid was canceled and reinstated.

I have been a medical aid member for 21 years and am absolutely disgusted with your service.

I work for a huge corporate and my premiums get paid over via AON. I spoke to a lady at your call center 3 weeks ago saying that each claim submitted after Feb 2021 had to he recalculated. I dealt with a rep from AON last week and a mail was sent to Discovery. Should I not receive a call tomorrow then I will escalate to the Ombudsman
