Best service and people skills

Yesterday and today I was fortunate to deal with the most wonderful person. She has a way of just putting anyone at ease. She is helpful and caring. She assisted me quickly and I knew I was in good hands because her knowledge and advice was of high quality. Margot made me feel like I was the most important person in the world and I could hear that she was sincere. With her advice and knowledge my authorization was approved in no time flat. I was lucky enough that when I confirmed todat I could hear her caring voice once more. I wish that everyone could have this experience that I had. Thank you Margot you really are wonderful.
