Best Service

I called discovery on the 25/01/18...I spoke to a gentleman. I think his name is Lulama,his service is out of this world, I felt so special, I felt like the first client he spoke to that day... I called to get authorization for my hospital stay, at some point we ran out of airtime he called me back... and while he was busy with my query he didnt just keep quiet, he kept the conversation going which shows his passion for customer service... He sorted me out and I’m really happy with his service, he is an assert to the company and He must keep it up and continue giving the great service to other clients especially us..
