Best medical aid scheme? I think NOT!

I have been using Discovery KeyCare Plus and understand the structure of the plan. It is limited and has some restrictions and I have not had a problem in the past until recently. I have moved from Randburg to Montana, Pretoria and so I have amended my service providers only to find out that the doctor I had chosen only practised in Rustenberg but was listed with an address in Montana Park. I then called the customer care line, chose another GP only to find that he was in Polokwane but listed in Montana!?<br> I was then told that any changes made would only reflect on the 1st of the new month and I had to use my ONE out of network visit to see another doctor.<br> With all my enquiries the answer was basically \ the system wont allow"or ' its the rules ma'am\"". I am sick NOW and don't see why I should wait for the first. My medical aid is always paid and it is ridiculous how no responsibility is taken for giving out incorrect information and then pointing fingers to the doctors! Are these systems put in place to help me as the client or Discovery? Can we still be dealing with such \""system issues\"" in 2015? Life happens beyond your systems. PLEASE GET UPDATED!"""
