Best Customer service i have ever experienced
I would just like to Applaud Emma From Discovery who called me this morning regarding a complaint i had! She was extremely knowledgable and put me straight at ease! She spoke with such confidence and knowledge that it made me think WOW i am really with the best medical aid! She helped me straight away and told me my query that will be attended to and will be activated tomorrow. She went the extra mile and made me feel like i was her only customer!<br> <br> Thank you so much Emma, you are going places!
