my issue was resolved in the most effective way by a consultant by the name of Thabile mbatha .My daughter was sick and i didn't know to what extent i was covered for and which doctors i could use in my situation,but she even went above and beyond by comforting me in the situation that i was in without sounding frustrated by the amount questions i was asking and what i was asking for .
