I am in titled to 12 monthly chronic disease medication. I missed once ordering in time, so they kept the medication themselves and made me pay for it in cash.

I used to order my chronic medication for many years online. Then the medication was changed and I did not know that I had to send a separate email to Discovery about the change. I was uploading my script every six months still. However because I went the wrong way I had to pay for it myself again.... They kept another month of medication from me. Discovery obviously make a lot of money by penalizing their clients for small procedural mistakes.

I am not asking for anything extra but only for what I was told I would get by joining Discovery.
