benefit - or no benefit?

<p>Under our membership we have benefits for a year, which you can use/claim. Some are paid for others are not/ How does this work. How can we see if a certain procedure is paid for? Why call it a benefit if it is not paid for? Surely if you state a certain visit/procedure a benefit, Discovery pays for this service? In our case this is not done. </p>
