Being bull****ted

Called Discovery 4 times in the last 10 minutes, to cancel my membership to vitality. As soon as the consultant heard it was a cancelation for a service i dont even use or require the call automatically terminated. That is very convenient isn't it. I dont want the service so i do not believe you cutting the call to frustrate me is going to make me want it. Do not forget that there are more than enough medical aid providers in RSA. Stop your ******* ways!!!!!!!
