Being a Discovery Health asthmatic client is bad for my health - why have chronic meds if you struggle to get them through Discovery health?

Discovery - why is every single month a struggle of some sort to secure my chronic ASTHMA medication ???? The constant annoyance of having to repeatedly explain I DO NOT WANT A GENERIC MED - the FOXAIR prescribed and ordered works the best for my chest. The increasing co payments despite me paying a FORUTNE to be on a great plan, and having to ask my doctor for a new script every 6 months - despite me being an asthmatic since BIRTH, despite making it harder and harder for me to secure the very medication that keeps me healthy enough to PAY you! WHY OH WHY OH WHY
