Been with Discovery for 20+ years and nobody gets back to me to reinstate!

For months now there have been times my medical aid has been suspended and reinstated, but a few weeks ago I was comletely removed off my medical aid and received a letter that I owe them 3 months 12K. I sent all proof of payments, spoke to a lady 2 weeks ago who said she would sort it out. I am still getting repoeat emails saying I owe them 12k. I am a single mom with a teenage daughter I cannot use my medical aid and nobody cares enough to schedule a call with me on email!

Sure, you've been saying this for over a month! I am sitting with NO MEDICAL COVER! Having to pay bills that ware sujppose to be claimed! And I sit here day after day, run out of airtime calling you many times and you all I asked is that you schedule a call with me as I'm on the phone for work but you can't even do that! I'm in every mind getting a new cover with a different medical aid and you can take that 12K and shove it becuase I have sent you proof of payment sthat are blatantly ignored!

If this is not sorted out and my medeical aid unsuspended I am seeking new cover! If anyone reading this can recommend a good cover please let me know.
