been waiting 25 mins for the call centre !!!!!!!

<p>Whats the point of having a call centre if no one picks up.</p> <p>You have to go through so many messages wasting all my airtime just to get to wait in a queu and then no one answers.</p> <p>Whats worse you can't even get your claim statements online since the Discovery webportal has an error with this.</p> <p>So overall its impossible to proceed</p>
