Been trying to contact Discovery in regards to my pregnancy maternity and child birth claim.

I have been trying to get more information in regards to maternity as i am a first time mother and am not aware of all this. Its all new to me. I have been paying from my own pocket all this time since i have found out. Please assist as i get through to Discovery and get cut off, or hold for a long time until my airtime is exhausted. I am already far with the pregnancy and i would want to go to a public hospital while i am paying so much on medical insurance. This is so unfair it is as if i don't have medical aid whatsoever. i am very hurt and under stress on such a beautiful event.
