Been Trying to Change my Bank Account for more than a Year. OTP wrong and no Service

I logged a call on Tuesday and I was told someone would call me on Wednesday....no call back. I had to call back today and they advised they would get someone to call me tomorrow. Why have an SLA and then your advisors say they cant put a time to it. A SLA with no timeframe is not an SLA .

This happened last year as well. I desperately tried to change my OTP so that I could change my Bank Details. I have money owed to me which I owe Doctors
