Been trying to cancel my medical aid to no avail

I emigrated and have been trying to cancel my membership. Could someone kindly contact me on email? You may not be able to get hold of me on my old SA number. When trying to do anything online I get this error: "I’m sorry, my system is down. Please try again later."
