Been calling Discovery for days and there is no answer - this is just pathetic!

Been calling for days to get some information and there is no answer. This is absolutely pathetic considering the amount we pay for medical aid each month. You advertise a WhatsApp service called Ask Discovery which is completely useless. Doesn't give you any answers, just reverts to the website. Your app does not work. Cannot find information on your website either. You insist that network doctors etc must be used but it's impossible to find one.

Wake up Discovery...everybody has been dealing with the pandemic however we all have to get back to work and do our jobs, the jobs we get paid to do. Clearly, we pay Discovery for nothing!
