<p>So far since mid April, DIscovery did evreything on paper.</p> <p> </p> <p>Emailed me pages and pages to fill in and sign.</p> <p>Claimed they could not read and resend pages 4 and 9 for at least 10 times.</p> <p> </p> <p>When 90- days passed since my last membership, they suddenly could read. They suddenly could phone me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now they call me and guess what : no papers required. I will be a member by telephone.</p>
