Bankmed poor service!

I have been a member of Bankmed medical aid for about ten years now. I know that the scheme is administered by Discovery so I am not sure if this review is directed at Bankmed or Discovery. Nonetheless, I used to be very happy with the service from Bankmed but during the last few months the level of service deteriorated drasticly. Claims take days if not weeks to be refunded, restrictions are placed on chronic medications (which did not use to be the case) and communication is poor and slow. This medical aid is very expensive and one would really expect more.
