Bad..no understanding

I an on the discovery. Keycare plan. It is really frustrating that nothing is ever approved. I have been trying to get a pmb for a TBI and an eye injury for longer than a month. My primary GP was on leave when I had my injury in December so I had to make use of the practice that he reffered me to. She has been treating me since then because she knows all the details and can best notice changes in my condition. My memory and concentration is bad but discovery doesnt care. Im loaded with paperwork and have to start the process from scratch since they wont accept the pmb application from my treating gp. I will probably be worde by the time if I'm lucky enough, to get my pmb. I can't believe how much stress Im being put through under my condition which confuses me so badly that I forget the whole procedure after a phone call. Truly not a caring medical aid..just business as usual
