BAD TREATMENT FROM DISCOVERY MEDICAL AID

I am extremely disappointed and upset with Discovery, specifically the forensic department and a person by the name of Reshana Aschendorf who cancelled my medical aid, stating that i did not disclose a certain pre-existing condition which is not true and my Doctor sent a letter to motivate and clarify this in a motivation letter sent to discovery. I am now without a medical aid and made to seem as if i am a **** when the forensic person did not do their job properly and incorrectly cancelled my medical aid. I am waiting for an urgent resolution as this matter is extremlely disturbing and the agent was very unproffesional and rude.Discovery please fix this urgently and train your staff.
