Bad, till no service! Discovery health.

If it wasn't for my work that forces us to join Discovery health, then I would have dumped and cancel my membership long ago. I got kidney stones last week the 5th of February. Because the normal GP's are closed after hours, I then had to go to the Emergency room near Mall @55. They assisted me quickly and I completed the paperwork. All seemed fine. Then today the 12th of February, I was send a bill of R 719.17. because discovery health decided not to pay the full amount. Why? Your services are terrible. I demand to know why you couldn't pay the full amount claimed by the Hospital. I will definitely have to speak with my manager, so I can stop using this substandard medical aid.
