Bad, shocking service ever

Good evening. I’m very disappointed and irritated by this medical aid, after paying my cover for more that 7 years this is the treatment I get, unnecessary back and forth, I was never admitted this was my first admission and my new born baby but everyday I’m getting emails they can’t pay for test done for my new born baby who was sick after birth. They don’t even have a human sense to say test where done to determine what could be an issue with the baby NOOO, is not like I’m a new client who hasn’t paid them any premiums. This is so disappointing. So mybe my baby should’ve died in order for them to keep collecting premiums because I hardly get sick😭😭
