BAD SERVICES

i really dont understand that the service I am getting for the money i am paying ...I have been with discovery for long called an agent on april as i was starting a new job he advise me to take delta Saving as i will have more benifits to key care .I took it my child was in hospital they took all the money and telling me that my funds a done i am not even with this plan for 4 month and i pay over 5k and now its useless .I call them they tell me they cant updgrade me i should cancel and then reapply then ill e sorted .I did that after receiving my withfdrawn letter i call them yesterday to reply the agent told me that all is well ill be n the new plan on the 1 July ..after been on a almost 1 hr call her calls me back saying no i have to wait one month so i cant get cover i have small kids so they want me t pay over 5k but cant have acess to medical asistance this is scary ...
