Bad service wouldn’t recommend this scheme to anyone

I’m absolutely disappointed with discovery medical health aid. I pay my premium every month on time and when I go get my prescription at pharmacy that's on formulary list it rejects my prescription. I have been placed on hold for over 45min waiting to get clarification on this matter. I’m highly disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this medical aid scheme to anyone.
