Bad service with no response

<p>On the 14th of August i was admitted in hospital, on my return i get sms, phone calls and emails from Lancet that money has not beein paid, i sent emails make phone calls without help, i feel very harrased but my medical aid money every month is deducted with no doubt, I am very disappointed with the service hence i have been doing all i can with no luck, i will be the one who is blacklisted while Discovery is deducting their money that cant help me when im being hospitalised, spoke to Ansia Morris in several occassions without help.</p>
