BAD SERVICE TO PAY ACCOUNTS

Late last year I was rushed to hospital by ambulance as I was weak and disorientated on arrival I was put on a drip and doctors did not know what was wrong. They had to do a blood test to investigate what was wrong. No questions were asked and my wife was with me and was not asked they only question was what medical aid were we on. They also did not come back for further questions. It was found out to be nothing serious and left on a drip till about 11h 40 that evening and was then told I could go home. I was contacted by Lancet Labs to say I owe over R2000 for tests that Discovery are not covering . I have now been handed over and blacklisted after numerous calls to Discovery and I was told to go and get letters from doctors and hospital that I was taken in by ambulance and weak , I do pay a HUGE amount monthly and still do the work for them . Why do they Discovery not be handed over for inhumane treatment of a human and not doing their part and looking after a ill person that we pay for . I would also like to know how much BLOOD is on Discovery Exco for people that were to ill to go to a hospital and stay away from treatment due to the LACK OF RESPECT and secondly how many families had to give up or sell homes and belongings just to SETTLE ACCOUNTS that Discovery refuse to pay.
