Bad service seems to be the norm

My late father was the patient. The short version of the story:
He was admitted to hospital in July 2015. He was sent home with an unofficial diagnosis of cancer of the right lung.

In October he signed the necessary forms for me to have authority to contact Discovery on his behalf.
Three weeks later when I contacted them, I was told that a copy of my ID was outstanding - no notification ever sent about that. I sent it in - and TO THIS DAY, every time when I contact them, they do not have my details as an authorised person to contact them....
In November my father saw an oncologist who confirmed the diagnosis of July. We submitted the required forms for registration of the oncology benefit.
I also enquired about the requirements for claiming home nursing services and sent that through - the response was that the dr had to confirm that my father was at the end of his life!!!!! After a letter already motivating the requirement.
Some claims had to be paid after the registration of oncology and NOBODY seems to understand the query or really want to sort it out.
I need a SENIOR KNOWLEDGEABLE person to come back to me. I dealt with Phumlani, who tried, but failed.
