I activated my vitality on 28 December 2015 for it to be active in January 2016, and they said that I will not pay in Jan 2016 will only start paying in February 2016 because they had a special or whatever they call it. these hooligans debited my account in January for 2 months which is December 2015 and January 2016 despite their lousy promotion. I logged a query about this and they said I had to pay for December and Jan but how can I pay for December if I clearly indicated that I want vitality to be effective from Jan? being the hooligans that they are they never refunded me.<br> <br> 2. last year I went for radiation and they registered me on the oncology benefit and **** so that the claim can come from that benefit, the cost of the whole process was more than R25000, they paid 10000 to the hospital last year and they didn't tell me anything about outstanding amounts, only this year when I went to buy medication at Dischem that they told me my Medical Savings for 2016 was exhausted. I got the shock of my life and then I called them they couldn't give me a proper reason, I also got a statement from the hospital that I need to pay R9400<br> <br> like what the hell, I wnt answrs
