bad service of discovery health
<p>i was supposed to be admitted in bloemfontein today.the medical aid do not want to give auth. i have been paying my monthly contributions now they say my waiting period is over however i can get auth on thursday 3 days from now. i am sick now. i had to book in a guesthouse to ight as it became to late to drive back. i am going back to hospital tomorrow to see if i have auth.</p> <p> </p>

discovery phoned me but were of no help.At 15h20 they phoned to inform me the auth can go through with some exemtions.this is unacceptable i have been wating for 2 days why couldnt they give the auth this morning. i drove 200 km to the hospital and came back today.there is no way i am going back 200km again. bull**** this is what this is. i threw my money into the water. i paid R3800 for the past 4 months for nothing.
